Delete your JaapTrack account
1. What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove from our active systems:
- Your user profile (name, email, Google account link, avatar)
- Your naam / mantra lists and settings (goals, mala size, reminder preferences, theme)
- Your jap entries, history, opening balance, and related practice data
- Active sign-in tokens for the App
Deletion is irreversible. If you sign in again later with the same Google account, you will start as a new user and go through onboarding again.
2. How to delete (recommended — in the App)
- Open JaapTrack and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Your account and practice data are deleted immediately from our servers.
3. How to delete by email (if you cannot open the App)
Email info@technorights.com from the same Google email linked to your JaapTrack account, with subject “JaapTrack account deletion”.
Include:
- The email address used to sign in
- A clear request to delete the account
We will verify ownership and delete the account within 7 days (usually sooner). We may ask a short follow-up question to confirm it is you.
4. Google account access
Deleting JaapTrack does not delete your Google account. After deletion you may also revoke JaapTrack access under your Google Account permissions.
